Privacy Policy
I. Preamble
LITFIN attaches the utmost importance to the protection of privacy and personal data collected from its Users.
The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users (hereinafter “Users” or “You”) of the website https://action-fifa.com (hereinafter the “Site”) published and operated by LITFIN Company, registered under number 24636 in the Prague commercial register, with its registered office at Hybernská 7, Nové Město 110 00 Prague (hereinafter “LITFIN”), of the commitments and measures taken to comply with regulations inherent to the protection of their personal data (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”).
Through this Privacy Policy, LITFIN undertakes, as a data controller, to make commitments and implement adequate measures to ensure the protection, confidentiality, and security of Users’ personal data, and to ensure that all processing and collection operations of said data are carried out in compliance with applicable provisions, particularly European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (“GDPR”).
This Privacy Policy may be modified or supplemented at any time by LITFIN in connection with the operation of the Site, particularly to comply with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential, or technological developments.
II. Definitions
In the data processing policy below, the following definitions are used.
- Personal data: any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person (e.g., first and last name, NISS, email address, address, mobile phone number, etc.).
- Processing: any operation performed on personal data (collection, recording, storage, destruction, erasure, etc.).
- Data controller: a natural or legal person who determines the means and purposes of processing.
- Data processor: a natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the data controller.
III. Identity of the Data Controller and DPO
For the processing and collection of data occurring on the Site, the designated data controller is LITFIN.
As a data controller, our company is required to comply with legal data processing requirements for purposes it determines itself. It is responsible for processing personal data, particularly that of its members or partners.
When we act as a data processor, we operate under the instructions of the data controller who entrusts us with this data.

IV. Your Data Used
LITFIN scrupulously ensures that the personal data of its Users is collected and processed under the strict conditions that it is relevant, adequate, not excessive, and strictly necessary to achieve the purposes that have been previously determined.
Generally, Users can visit the Site without providing any personal information about themselves. In any event, Users are in no way obliged to transmit this information to LITFIN via the Site. However, in case of refusal, Users may not be able to benefit from certain information or services they may have requested.
The User expressly acknowledges that acceptance of this Privacy Policy also implies their consent to the processing of their personal data as described herein, including:
- Their email address;
- Their technical browsing information;
- Their identity data, phone number, address…
The User’s personal data collected directly (for example, when responding to the eligibility questionnaire or when registering for the action) serve explicit, legitimate, and determined purposes. They are used by LITFIN:
- Either for client and activity management purposes;
- Or for contact, communication, statistical, commercial, and/or promotional purposes;
- Or to process User application requests, respond to inquiries and information requests, and send LITFIN’s newsletters.
The provision of personal data in this context is voluntary. If the User does not provide this personal data, they will not be able to benefit from the corresponding services via the Site.
LITFIN does not necessarily collect sensitive personal data through the operation of the Site. By voluntarily providing sensitive personal data to the Site (for example, by registering for the online action), the User expressly consents to their personal data being used as described in this Privacy Policy.
V. Data Retention Period
Your personal information is retained by LITFIN for the period corresponding to the purpose of collection. This period must include the entire duration of the contractual relationship established between LITFIN and the User, plus FIVE (5) years for animation and prospecting purposes, without prejudice to retention obligations or limitation periods.
VI. User Rights
In accordance with the GDPR concerning the protection of personal data, You have a number of rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Right of access – You have the right to request access to the personal data We hold about you and to obtain a copy thereof. To fulfill your request, We will ask You to prove your identity.
- Right to rectification – if You find that some of the data We hold about you is inaccurate or outdated, You may contact us to request its rectification.
- Right to erasure – You have the right to request that your data be deleted from our systems. Unless We have a legitimate reason to continue processing or retaining it, We will do our best to comply with your request.
- Right to data portability – Under certain conditions, You have the right to receive all personal data You have provided to Us in a structured format, and also to demand that We transmit it to another controller if this is technically feasible.
- Right to restriction of processing – You have the right to restrict the processing of your data if: You contest the accuracy of your personal data, until We have taken sufficient steps to correct or confirm its accuracy; We no longer need your personal data for the purposes of processing, but You require this data for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or You have objected to processing based on grounds relating to your legitimate interests pending verification of whether our legitimate and compelling grounds for continuing the processing override those interests.
- Right to object to processing on grounds of legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time. For example, if You no longer wish to receive electronic marketing communications that You previously received, you can change the settings in your client area, use the “unsubscribe” link provided in our emails, or contact us directly.

In case of refusal or absence of response from Bruzzo Dubucq within THIRTY (30) days following receipt of the request, the User is also informed that they have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Liberties either:

VII. Security (Site and Data)
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty whatsoever. Access to and use of the Site are at the User’s own risk.
Risks for the User.
It is the User’s responsibility to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their telephone and/or computer equipment against any infringement, malfunction, virus, hacking, etc. (non-exhaustive list).
By using the Site, the User assumes all negative consequences that may arise therefrom.
Risks on the Internet network.
The technical performance of the mobile Internet requires processing time to respond to, consult, query, or transfer services.
The User declares to know and accept the limitations and issues of the Internet network for which LITFIN, as the operator of the Site, cannot be held liable (non-exhaustive list):
- The characteristics and limitations of the Internet network, and particularly the functional characteristics and technical performance of the Internet network;
- Problems related to connection and/or access to the Internet network and/or websites;
- Problems related to network availability and congestion;
- Problems related to network failure or saturation;
- Problems related to transit times, access to online information, response times for displaying, consulting, querying, or otherwise transferring data;
- Risks of interruption;
- The lack of protection of certain data against potential misappropriation or hacking;
- Risks of contamination by potential viruses circulating on said networks.
LITFIN undertakes to implement all measures to protect the personal data of its Users against any loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorized access, or disclosure.
To this end, LITFIN implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, considering the nature of the data and the risks involved in their processing, to preserve the security and confidentiality of your personal data.
These measures may include practices such as limited data access by service personnel, contractual guarantees in case of recourse to an external provider, the conduct of privacy impact assessments, regular reviews of our practices and procedures, and physical and/or logical security measures (secure access, authentication process, backup copies, antivirus software, firewall, etc.).
LITFIN reserves the right to retain certain data to justify, if necessary, the perfect execution of its contractual or legal obligations. The data thus retained will be limited to what is strictly necessary for the operation of the service.

For the execution of a number of operations, we use:

- or sub-processors,
- or service providers.
We ensure that we engage reliable partners and suppliers who offer a sufficient degree of security to protect our data and our clients’ data.
